help!!...I own a full copy of object desktop, it's registered and activated but when i try to start window blinds it tells me that a .cmd file loading at startup is locking the activation for window blinds. it tells me that i need to remove it from startup using msconfig. I've tried everything and it still won't start up. What should I do?

WinCustomize Forumsi'm really excited about the free upgrade, however i'm not sure how i'll be able to backup the whole suite with the new platform. I like to keep all my stuff on one dvd if possible. should i use a re-writable dvd? And for that matter, what parts of the files do i need to backup. I know to backup all the stuff i've downloaded. but will i need to save anything else? will I still be able to download the software if necessary after my subscription runs out?
