Ability Help/Questions in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Hello this is my first time moding so I have a few questions 1) I tried to make the Kol Battleship have the drain resources ability but when i use the mod i get a error (specifically when i put my mouse over ability it freezes) i tried the same thing with Beam Blast and the same thing happened but there are other abilities that i have been able to use and modify like shield restore? 2) How do i change the color of weapons because every time i find something that looks like it w
