My Window Blinds won't work in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Hi Guys I brought windowblinds, installed it and it wouldn't work, not on anything, i kept uninstalling, reinstalling and rebooting as necessary, i did get it up once on the taskbar but while it was on there i couldn't open IE, OE and one other programme i always use Pando.....i couldn't shut down in the usual way so i had to just click the button on the tower, i restarted and again the same thing
