black and white XP in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi... you know when the XP shuts down, icons and whole desktop fades to black and white. I want to use this style as normal XP theme. Where can i find this black and white or grayscale desktop theme ? Thanks for your interest... bye...
