I noticed that a star represents a single galaxy (When viewed from all the way out) I was wondering if its possible to place multiple stars in a single galaxy?

I think it would be a good idea for PJI to completely stop a fleet from entering deeper into your empire. I dont know how they were in the BETAs since i've never tested the old PJI but from hearing what people have been saying they would stop a fleet? But here is my list of how it could work. 1.
