[Bug] Advent starbase abilities in v1.01 in Beta Feedback

Hi. I've noticed a bug. The second upgrade of Meteor Storm and Mass Disorienation do not impruve abilities. Starbase intreface still shows Meteor Storm 1 and Mass Disorienation 1
