So, I needlessly paid for a subscription to re install a product that is incapable of being re-installed as you no longer allow access to re-install, ie, Impulse and Stardock Central, and of course the MyColors that gets offered for the software I can download, if the right files linked to the download. I intend to use it on my XP Desktop I wish to be able to reinstall it at will which I could have done before without subscription I need to make a list of what I used on there before, no idea what is still supported. Most I think I have still, a little unsure, but I know I do intend to replace the HD's with larger sata not eide pata drives and reinstall the OS. </s

If you look at when I posted my query in that thread, and when the other person was told to contact Stardock you will see why I never, I don't expect to wait over a month to be informed that, and even then, it wasn't me that was told but another user (I found it this week). I bought my software from Stardock many years ago to use on my XP computers, which I still own and run 2 of, I have other PC's that run windoze 7 Ultimate on, again 2, I don't require the Stardock programs on there as they have a decent range of suite colours that don't require Windowblinds or icons from IconFX. I think i have now fixed the issue as it has stopped. I went into the Windows Live folder and for every program in it excluded all the exe. from skinning regardless of program. This seems to have worked.

Since the update on 04/02/10 i have been unable to use live messenger and mail with gloss burgundy skin (or any other skin apart from the standard xp one).
