Ok, so I pulled out my old monitor that does have 60Hz refresh rate and it works fine on that. I haven't encountered this problem on any other game. I understand that this is still Alpha, but is this something should should get fixed in a patch or is there something I can do on my end to get the game to work with a 30Hz screen?
Thanks for the replies. I didn't see a way to attach files here in the forums so I just submitted a ticket to Stardock support with the dxdiag and debug files attached. As far as overscan problems go, I don't know how to check on that, but I do use a TV for my main screen, and it's refresh rate is 30Hz. Not sure if that could be the cause of the problem.
Just got the game and the problem I am having is that the bottom third and the right hand third of the screen are off the screen. Also, when anything I click on seems to be about an inch or 2 the the bottom right of the mouse cursor. By clicking around on the right hand side of the screen I was able to bring up the options menu and changed the resolution to my native screen resolution which is 1768x992, I then restarted the game, but I didn't notice any difference.
