Problems with Several MyColors Themes in MyColors Stardock Forums

I am having a severe problem with several themes. It started with the Sins of a Solar Empire Theme and continues to all the other. Everyone has the same problems and i think its windows blinds associated but i don;t have WB installed only Mycolors. Here is a Screenshot of what is going on.
