I'm quite new to the game so take the following with a grain of salt, but I do win most pub matches with this build. I find getting Angelic at level 1 is the most useful, its splash damage means easy creeping from level 1, and the mana cost never goes up so pumping Angelic is great for auto-attack builds. I also use Blade of the Serpent just because using this one item means you don't have to use ANY OTHER MANA ITEMS AT ALL, and can focus on pure damage/attack speed/movement/h
I'm getting the exact same error except at 83.8% every single time. Any help would be appreciated. edit: I fixed the problem by uninstalling Impulse, restarting my computer, and downloading the newest full installer from http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe
