I submitted a ticket on Sunday night; I submitted another Monday morning. I've emailed support. I've added comments to both tickets. To date, there has been ZERO indication on either ticket that a human has even seen them. Third evening since I paid for the download and the tickets just sit there.

Sunday afternoon I had a long dull evening ahead of me so I went ahead and paid for the digital download and CD of TotA.
