Reply to Campaign Mission 3 possibly bugged in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

I would say it definitely has to be a bug. I have wiped out almost the entire map, covered every tile with influence, removed every other species except 2 I allied with, and no matter which tile I place the special ship on around Earth, nothing happens. The victory panel still shows Drengin, Yor, and "liberate Sol system" as unchecked. The only thing I can think of that might have broken it is that I took Mars with influence/rebellion instead of a troop transport
