Please elaborate...what does 'Learn to play' entitle? I really hate the people that say learn to play then come back, without helping the 'n00b' by teaching him some strategies you picked up along the way. It just comes off as elitest, which is what the OP is adressing in his post. Be helpful and give the newbies some tips and tricks to help improve their game, rather then scold them for sucking and telling them to 'Learn to play, then come back.'
\ Check the strategi
woppin could u name some creative assembly games
The Total War Series. Empire, Rome, Medieval, Medieval II, Shogun. Plus a bunch of expansion packs. I guess they have a similar place to GPG in that they make a certain type of game that other companies don't seem to want to touch - larger scale RTS. http://www.totalwar.com/ And I'm a little surprised you like EA...I mean I'm as happy as the next guy

Others I trust are Frozenbyte, Relic (although DoW2 didn't help with this, they seem to be megapatching it as we speak) and the Creative Assembly.

Have an Australian premade all on good connections, we can play against US ppls but not European (400 ping == bad). 4pm CST on a Sunday is like 6am on Monday for us though. We could play on your Saturday at something like 10pm CST if you want to work something out.
I'd have to say those rules aren't for 'Casual' players or 'Non-Experts' - they're for people who don't like to play Rush Games or Nuke Fests and there's nothing wrong with that. I've never seen a good player who has played with "no rush" in RTS games. Its a "casual"/"noob" rule - end of story.
The people who played that rule in SupCom were invariably terrible. I was astounded when GPG implemented it in a patch.

Fair enough if that's the role you're taking. It's pretty defensive, the early levels are great for nabbing kills as Sedna before people start slow stacking and you're missing out on that because your entire arsenal consists of health and armor...which doesn't help you push people away very much. It does not confirm that GPG has a bug tracking system into place.
I don't see why I as an end user would need to be aware of their bug tracking system. They could go a route like Valve where submitting bug reports is made simple and easy for the customers, but it's not essential. Calling GPG's development practices into question just doesn't m
why does healing wind buff the priest healing anyway?
It's part of the ability... I feel it's one of the better skills for Sedna, it actually helps a Sed player heal teammates and provide support rather than Inner Grace which only affects the Sed, and Magnificent Presence which provides only a tiny cooldown buff for allies. Whether it's balanced or not is another question, having a Sedna that is disallowing enemy pri
Sedna's effectiveness is inversely proportional to the number of players in a game, as she has no AoE damage, and is only capable of keeping one target up at a time with healing. As such, she can rip faces off in 1v1 situations, where AoE matters much less, but tends to suffer in groups, where a TB can deal 2400 damage with a single RoI, compared to her 1500 heal. This is, in fact, where TB and Slam Rook are at their zenith, so it could be the l

It's only one character; a 3 changing to a 2 isn't going to break the game. AND it's in the lua files as well, which means it takes even less time to fix.
