I tried to update a subscription but the system told me I did not exist. So I purchased a new Fences sub and created a new account. When I logged into that account to my surprise there was my expired subscription but now my new one I just purchased is not there! How can I get my new subscription added to my old/now new account?

So what gives? Out of the blue I am getting these pop up alerts for all my Stardock software claiming it is invalid and I have to have a license. For which I do and its just a matter of entering my keys but it is very irritating because for whatever reason the keys keep getting lost. Why would this be happening?

Neurohax2 - Unfortunately I dont see this ever getting fixed. I had opened a support ticket back when it was first happening and was told this is an Nvidia problem. Anyone with even basic coding background knows that is a load of crap and to think it should be the responsibility of a hardware driver to accommodate software is absurd. I have been hopeful a via

Yea not sure, made a few tweaks and will wait for the next update to see if it helps. There is only one parameter I can see that appears to have anything to do with multiple monitors and that is the one that says "Store my Fences' positions on a per-screen-resolution basis. Since all of my monitors are identical I did not consider bothering with this one because it deals with what I assume is monitors with different resolutions. Will enable it anyway and see if there is some hidden feature of

Thanks, the purge worked. Khitteh, if you are not running a three monitor setup then what is happening to me is not the same issue that I am having. Would be curious to know if you are running multiple monitors though because if you are and not having these issues I need to look elsewhere for the problem.

Fences has always had issues with Nvidia drivers on my three monitor system. Every time Nvidia updates the drivers all the fences mash together on the main center monitor and I have to drag them all around to get them back to where I had them and no saving a snapshot has NEVER worked so i dont even waste my time with that! Now however with the update released yesterday all the fences have as usual mashed onto the main screen, all overlapping and disgusting. Problem is I can no longer click on

Would be awesome if the version was listed in my account. I have three versions and after the update of this totally buggy software I for the life of me cannot find the right key. Three versions that clearly are not the right version and none of them identify themselves as version 3.x. Who ever is running the versioning of this software needs to have their head examined because they are clueless how it is supposed to work. O and by the way your support ticket system does not work!!!</

I want to chime in since this is why I am here, Since day one any time I update my Nvidia drivers all the fences cram onto the main center monitor and NO the driver is NOT the problem. Found that solution from DrJBHL to a very shallow and uneducated solution! The snapshot is a total joke and has only worked once in all the years I have used Fences. I have been

It is a real pain to try and grab the edge of a fence. It seems there is only about a half a pixel (or less em's maybe?) allowed for the mouse and getting the pointer just right in order to resize a fence is more work than it is worth. This used to work in the first beta but became a chore after I paid for the first release and nothing has got any better since.

When trying to resize a fence it seems there is only about 1 pixel wide that we have to move the mouse into in order to get a drag cursor. It would be great if I did not have to try 10 times to get a hold of the edge to resize the fence.
