My 20 credits says its a bug/glitch caused by the no homeworld penalty not being removed from the new homeworld. It sounds like the other planets culture resets to recognize the new homeworld, but the homeworlds culture doesnt. If you experience this, I would suggest changing your homeworld to a different planet. That would make your broken 25% homeworld recognize the new homeworld and jump to 90% (or whatever). If the bug is repeatable the new homeworld might stall at 90% (which is bet

I might. I am still learning the game, and I need to play a few multiplayer sessions to make sure my connection is playable, but I might be interested. *edit 25+ stars? Seriously thats overkill, how would you defend 5 star systems? And it seems like it would be knocked down to a 4v4 then 3v3 as soon as people started getting large fleets. No one player can defend against 5 players.
"Just because the an empire makes less doesn't mean that a ship would cost less for that empire to upkeep. " This. I am still waiting for the game to download, but I think I understand the problem. It makes no sense to tie build or upkeep costs as a percentage of what you make. A dollar is a dollar is a dollar, spaceships dont cost less because you have less income. I also see how the fleet capacity should not be directly tied to planet/population. Massive expansion
I paid with paypal, but thankfully I kept the window open when it redirected me back to the paid shopping cart and I noticed it defaulted to my paypal email address, not the one I intended to use. I had to make another forum login with that email, log out and back into stardock central with the correct login, but after that I am downloading the game with no problems.
When I read the headline, I knew I had to pop in and say Ha-Ha thats what you get for buying an ATI. I know thats not helpful at all, and I apologize, but after reading the actual message I wasn't disappointed. My XPS notebook with an Nvidia 7950 GTX doubles as a space heater, but dell did a nice job with the heat sinks and as long as the fans are working I cant overheat it.
