How to change install directory in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

I'm using Imuplse to download the game after I had a PC crash and had to reinstall windows. It doesnt allow me to use other folder then my windows drive in program files. I dont want that (actualy, I cant, since my bussiness programs are running on that drive and they cant mix with anything. So, please tell me how to change it?
