This isn't a new issue, but I think it is one that needs to keep getting brought up until it's fixed. We need to be able to ban people from rejoining games. Until that happens, it at least needs to be possible to kick someone without the game completely locking up. More often than not, after the crash, it isn't possible to log back in to get another game going because of the "invalid username/password" message while the server resets.

There are several games up right now in the internet games menu, but i am unable to connect to any of them. I can only assume everyone else is having same issue because the player count is staying at 1/6, 1/4, etc. for all of them (except a private game with 3 players, but I think it's safe to assume that the other players are AI). When I click join game, I get the message that says "Connecting to players, please wait...", but the connection info box in the bottom

This item grants you a temporary 50% boost to your max health and, just like every other max health buff in the game, it also adds that boost to your current health. This is pretty much the way max health boosts have worked in every other game I have played.
Came to say this. Sigil is working as intended and is in line with the other health extending mechanics.

As has been stated, a random teams option is the solution to this. I would really like to see this in 1.2 as well. Most games stay at 3/6 of 4/8 or even 5/10 players for much longer than necessary because people are wary of not being on host's team after getting stomped by 1 too many premades. Having "RANDOM TEAMS" or something in the game title would assure whoever joins that the odds aren't stacked against them from the beginning. I'm sure adding ran

I think they need a slight damage increase, but I think the recommended solution in the OP is taking it a bit far.

I don't understand why more people don't support a random teams option for custom games. Frogboy said that hey'd like to see it implemented, and I've been begging for this to get put in 1.2, but it's met with such vitriol from the people stacking teams that Frogboy doesn't even mention it any more. Granted, team auto-match would give them an outlet to play against other arranged teams and in *theory* would eliminate the problem with team sta

Goddamn, is there seriously 3 pages of verbose discussion about something so, sooo minor [capn entropy vs. primal zed]?

Patch looks fantastic - especially the new AI options. I am surprised that a random teams option for custom games didn't make the list. Most of the people who favor random teams don't post here often. Go into almost any Demigod game lobby and ask "what would you think about a random teams option for custom games?" and the majority of the people will be enthusiastic about the prospect. Of course, if you join a premade lobby, you w

Lowering the settings that hit your CPU is what improves your sim speed.
You can't adjust any settings to increase your sim speed. Graphic settings have nothing to do with sim speed. Sim speed is pure processing power.
Just like in Supreme Commander, turning off shadows and reducing fidelity will yield the largest improvements on sim speed. Other settings will not. I suppose this means that fidelity and shadows are more demanding than other settings. <p

To hear similar words from the publisher of the game, was insulting.
You inferred that. The publishers never stated that.
Your own words,

Like others said, the first thing to do when playing against Regulus is this: Don't play Rook. Rook is my primary, too, and it's very rare that I'm able to threaten a good Regulus player. Just switch spots with your non-rook teammates and let someone else who is faster and better-equipped deal with him. UB with diseased claws + poison dagger + ooze + wand of speed = dead Reg Sedna + cloak of night + pounce + wand of speed = dead Reg </p
