Reply to Proper Planet Defenses in Strategy Sins Forums

i place 1 repair at my outermost planets to start, if things get hairy and i can scout out an incomming attack, i put another 1 or 2 at those locations. 2 Minimum when defending vs any attack larger than your defense force. Also I rally my ship factories to a centralized planet location if I'm unsure of where attacks will come from. Turrets only late in the game and in mass quantities on planets being pirate raided/slightly harassed. Even then... i dont like using turrets much. Mainly repairs
