I like it new ships are great, but wow op. I fell asleep playing. Just 6 ships killed or ran off everything that came after me.I woke up with 390,800 credits. Maybe a game Empire versus Empire will work.

For the amount of info your asking for you really need to watch replays of people who do an exceptional job of kicking your ars. No joke its the easyest way to learn. The forums are the other. Their's lots of great info there just look deep for it. As for Destrels strategy's for the most part there all viable given the right map layout and a player who's learned enough sins to make it happen.

Learn the races. I usually do the info card thing. I base line it on the amount of credits it takes to do something. You can guess pretty close using both. Generally if someone has a bunch of ships early they have not done a lot of research. The key is the all so illusive Common sense. Scout and pay attention, plan attacks and not just throw cash to the wind. DC

In the book they were portrayed differently than in the movie. IN the book they were a space faring race. Somethings on the fed side were different as well. Great book and movie though.

I think most can be attributed to retro boys #2. There is a little bug in there thou. I have noticed it likes to happen when I have a rally point @ another planet and an enemy ship or ships jump in and jump out some of the ships want, try to follow.

@Runomoro Some of what you say is true. Such as the hit and run tactics keep em moving. I refer to certain abilities that are op such as repulsion, the Brilance, Malice combo. For the vasari the subverter. Its ability should not stack or effect so many off 1 vessel. Do some research dear advent player.

@Redwing Were gamers were suppose to be a little crazy. We have delusions of commanding a space navy. The devs are gamers as well and they know what to expect. At least with IC anyway.
