I fully understand the frustration of having a cool idea and not being able to implement it due to lack of ability to find original author, I had to wait 4 years to find the author to one of my DX theme port's I had all but given up hope. The leeway was allowing even small portions of another author's originating works to be used under "fair use" for dreams, as with all other skins, no portion of another's works may be used/reproduced, redistributed without express perm

No one is violating upload guidelines, I believe doc's comment was more of a suggestion and a possible workaround to the current issues with the site.. We do not require widget's and gadgets to be packaged unless the uploading for a specific theme would be excessive. 5-6 stretched out over a couple of days or even 5 at once for one day is acceptable. Tho continuing for a few days on up would lend pause for concern... Some like to upload as a set, others do not. Typically tho most them
