It was the day after Christmas. The pastor of a church was looking over their Nativity scene when he noticed the baby Jesus was missing from among the figures. yes i agree this is about much more, its a much larger issue. if tgt wins it will set a precidence of legal theft of intelectual property, and open the door for others to follow. every body that uses a computer to make something, like a program or art will be effected. no ones intelectual property will be safe, includeing TGT's. they may be their own demise....... i couldnt imagin theyed win. that would mean every website graphic every prog for pc, every code, would be up for grabs

tgtsoft is the company that started the 3rd party visual styles craze with the first software and tools. Still the best, tgtsoft software was featured on TechTV, Windows XP, the Official Magazine, Chip, and the book Microsoft Windows XP Power Toolkit. i wonder if they are hopeing that if they can sue frog boy they will get the ability to use his skins and themes without any compensation or his approval.. hence forth opening a door for "legal theft" of any artists skins and images, programs,etc. basically destroying any and all intelectual rites....... no ones works would be safe

ok they all work in conjunction cpu,ram,v card, these all controll the sped at which ur video will respond. if u can have a amd 2.0 ghz cpu and 1.2 gig ddr but if ur running a old 200 mhz 64 meg v card it will respond slower to graphically intence programs.. the v card has to do all the rendering of the video. with any cpu i recomend at least 512 meg of ram 1.0gig is better, specially with a resource hog like xp....any thing below 512 meg of ram and it will seem to run slower...basically c

it depends on what kind of progs your running as well as how much ram u have.i have 1.2 gig 2700 ddr ive never gotten close to running out of ram.. the best thing ram boosters are used for is freeing ram if u use a prog that has a memory leak ..they also help if u run large progs and have a small amount of ram .. but i went in to my pc settings and shut off any running service that wasent needed... that freed up more ram than i ever use and it freed up cpu cycles as well....

ok ive done some work on the thredz desktop X theme by pjpowell (made it compatable with the new version of desktopx ). and made a weather meter and calendar useing his graphics and SS gokus scripts. how do i go about getting permission.i know he ported it from the litestep theme. do i need the litestep themes creators permission as well as pjpowell's ? any help would be appreciated. this my first attempt at upload a skin here and would like to make sure i have everything covered ... oh and woul
