why does my dreamscape keep stopping in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

Hi i have downloaded and use many diffrent types of dreamsscapes on my PC (vista home ) but I find that after i turn off and on my PC they stop and i have to keep going in and restart it again I know my system is up to date but the moving background keep stopping why is this? any ideas?
