so i want to mod the game a little bit but i need some help how can i add more weapons to a ship? i mean i read that there can be 120 banks on a ship or somthing like that??? could someone help me add them?

so i dont have modding option in the games option menu and if i make a mod i cant play it. some1 please help me, how can i fix this problem?
