You buy them in a store, it locks a flag for 45 seconds so that no enemy can capture it during that time. But personally, I never use them, I just teleport to a flag if it needs to be defended, it's just a waste of good money.

Well, My team is usually consisted of screw-ups, i.e when I get Sedna, she dies very easily, but when the enemy AI plays with her, I can't kill her!! I try, I try, she silences me, then she heals herself, in average I kill her only 1, maybe 2 times

Well, the Team AI is quite...oh what's the word, oh, yeah, retarded, I play with Regulus and I get like about 10 or so kills in a row, and a team player gets 5 or so deaths in a row, and they never follow you, I once had to take on 3 DGs and miraculously, I killed 'em :). And yeah, citadel upgrades are reaaall important, only when I realised you can buy items at a Citadel was I able to beat Hard.

Ummm.... you can pause, both in skirmish and in tournament. In skirmish just go to Game options, and adjust the timeouts(None, 3 or infinite), then press F10 ingame and pause game, that's it

Oh, that's a good idea, let's make him even more powerful. Btw, that was sarcasm, I mean the guy's waaay too perfect. I'm not a really good player, I can't beat Tournament in SP with Rook, but with Regulus, it's just so easy, and if you think he's too slow, just buy boots of speed or something, I've never had money problems with him.
