Its true that wisdom increases with age as wisdom is not theoritical knowledge of facts but its experience gained in life with the passage of time. As you are more older your wisdom should increase. This is bad idea. Its quite clear that you can write in English then why do you need regional or countrywise languages. 'Specialist languages hinder communication.' If we talk anything the others should be able to understand it except for private affairs or deals.
