First in CivIV I found it stupid that enemies moved slower on hostile roads since liek someone else said a road is a road. Things such as needing travel papers are nice and will slow down people pass throught your lands legaly. But if the dude is comming to kill you that won't slow him down. Control of roads can and should only come from actual troops on the ground. This could lead to the creation of a road outpost: an outpost would be a small fortification you can build on a

Cielos base abilati is emporerment witch give a 10% weapon cool down reduction and a 2.5 sheild restore per second. the 2nd abilati is targe aquisition that si 40% increase of damage dealt. The Cielos is fine. I love that ship. I would agree with deciver on AM stores of support caps needing to be better but thats about it. I would nerf vertigo by giving it a target cap. That abilaty is hugely powerfull. But Akkan helps you counter it.
What!!! Some of the support caps have the most powerufll advantages. People just don't realise it yet. Support caps are superpowerful units, 2 years after game release people just didn't noticed it (facepalm)
People notice what has bi bag effect. They don't notice subtul effects that have profound impacts unlest they are shown repeatedly. I know TEC and Advent support caps with Awesom

Cat would help solve the problem indeed, if it kills the mouse. Me my mom's cat doesn't kill mouse no more, since whe it kills them the mouse is no more fun to play with, doesnt move no more, doesn't try to run away anymore, it becoem very boaring. But yes that is a big mouse. Almost looked like a gerbile to me but you don't have those where you live. And a mouse like that is indeed able to jump. On a side note rodents are a lot smarter and more capable then we give them credi
Support caps are such as they are meant to support OTHER CAPS primarily, whilst also SECONDLY supporting the fleets with powerful abilities. At least that what I always thought Support Class was purposed for. But their support abilities are not good enough to justify all theair disadvanatges AND are significanlt weaker then non-support caps abilities... And what is the reason of building cap A to support c

Well the simple fact of changing teh damage tables from LRfs to LF from 0.75 to 0.5 and 0.5 to 0.75 means an automatic reduction in damage recived by caps for: LFs have a lower DPS then LRFs TEC/Vasari LFs cost more supply points and more resoces then the LRFs, this will limit their numbers some. Advent LFs cause much lest dmg are not omni directinal and are quite frail so this balanced out them being cheaper to build and needing lest supply to feild. On average the

So votes: HP Buff: NO Increase DPS: Maybe a bit. 10% or so all around. Gauss: Just to AM hungry. But now it's prety decent but consume to much AM. Animosity: Yes could use improving of the mechanics. Egg Colonise: Yes could use extra constructors for a while. Scramble Bombers: Howmuch stronger you want it? seems fine to me they flood the skies with bombers now. Replicate forces: I've said ti before and will say it about the amount replicated should be

For me buffing the HP on caps is a deadend. Will only lead to more problems later. What should be done is this: Reduce anti-medium damage vs capital armor from 0.75 to 0.5 Increase anti-heavy damage vs capital armor from 0.5 to 0.75 This reduces the omni-usefulness of LRFs and switches the main capital ship damage dealing early game from a unit that is hard to counter and excells at everything to a unit that is easier to counter but does not excell at everything.

NEW COLONISE: The shining beacon of hope that TEC players had been waitign for a LONG BLOODY TIME. Combine the akkan's colonise with the teir1 and tier2 metal and crystal extration rates very early in teh game and you have a substancial econ bost to build your self a decent enought military and build a redimentary econ that will help carry you into the mid game. Basicly the Colonise of the akkan now allows you to play like a TEC player should have always played. A bit fo econ with more milita

In my testing when I was modding sins the simplest and easiest way to fix masses of LRF killing caps in second is to change the damage modifer of LRF from 0.75 to 0.5. This has a very profond impact and makes focus fireing with spams of LRF on caps quite inefective in a full combat situation. But you do need some killing power vs caps early on. So light frigates damage modifer VS caps should go from 0.5 to 0.65, hell making it 0.75 would still be very acceptable since LFs have a lower DPS the

I have both and played both. You can play eitehr one first but I woudl recomend SoC first since Clear Sky migth reveal you soem of the plot for SoC while SoC will not reveal the plot for CS.
Repulse is the problem. IMO, it's fundamentally flawed. Personally, I'd like to see the Revelation lose its "guidance" ability and have Repulse replace it. It'd be far more balanced as a capital ship ability. Once bugged illuminators are dealt with, and scouts hopefully take a minor nerf, repulse will be the only major outsanding issue for Advent.
I agree with Darvin3 100%

The main problem is that once again Advent ios overpowered. Personaly I don't have problemw ith Seeker/dissiple spam. Whats the real problem and still works is Lum/flak spam. LUMS are still as OPed as ever even mroe so no sinc ethey seem to deal double damage. And advent flak continues to obliterate enemy SC 2x fater the Vasari and TEC. So how do you counter an advent LUMS/Flak spammer? Build scouts? Nope the flak will obliterate them to. Build LFs? Nope they get oblitera

Wow, okay you certainly do not have a problem with how stong you shit is. What I am thinkign si that maybe some of your components and the game's engine don't like each other. Other then that it beats me.

To lower alegiance one woudl need only a mobile sort of culture broadcasting ship that would work only when in enemy gravaty wells and would destroy Culture and allegiance at planets faster then you could over power it with your own Culture spam.

I have Pc that is over the top for sins as well and I suffer no lag. So like Eliminator said checkout your net. It could also be caused by spyware/adware or maybe yoru anti-virus is trying to control sins. Drivers not up too date or are flawed. Also could be a hardware defect. They are lost fo reasonf ro lag but I can tell you from my own experience it's not the Sins engine that si the cause.
