Still can't run MCP after a complete uninstall which included manually deleting the registry entry. The problem is the same I described below.

DGM Won't Start in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

When I first ran DGM yesterday, I had the "run time error 13" mentioned in another thread. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and now DGM will not open. A single blank window will open and stay there -- no space to type anything. I've done a diagnostic boot (windows xp pro) to rule out other software conflicts, but it was of no help.
