Pre-ordered on the 16th around 7pm GMT and havent recieved my serial, emailed support that evening and was told I should have it by midday next day (late evening my time) and if not to contact again. I did and havent heard since. Mavvv be Concerned much :(

Regarding the mini dump nightmare myself and my friends have been having plenty of issues, it's driving me slowly insane as I cant get enough of this game.
