Takes forever to start in Technical Sins Forums

The first time I played the game, it loaded up fine, and it was fine. Now, when I try and load it up to play, it takes a good 10 minutes to load up, IF it even starts. My system can handle it, no doubt about that, but it takes forever just from the time I open the shrtcut from my desktop, till the time the main menu shows up, IF it shows up. Any solutions?? Windows xp sp2 4 gigs ram nvidia 7600 Pentium 4 CPU.
