Agreed. Impulse stinks. I paid for for Entrenchment and as of yet still can't dowload it. Support requests and tickets don't get a timely response either (meaning I get automated reposnses but no human ones). Other services, like Steam, are far superior. One more day and I think I'll give up and find better things to spend my money on.
