I solved my issue. I had to reinstall the nvidia drivers for vista, it was as simple as that. It would not work because it was using a generic vista adapter drive, i installed the nvidia and everything is good.
same problem here, I have tried reinstalling and also launching the executable but it does nothing. I check the system manager and it says its running with 24mb of memory but does nothing. i will try another fresh install after i install SP1 but i have little faith. Vista Ultimate on a MacBook Pro with 4GB of RAM. It was running for the first few weeks with no problems then one day would not launch.
