Quickfix for Static/Scratchy/Stuttering sound in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

Howdy, I've been trying to get DG to work correctly since I got it, everything works flawlessly except the sound. It goes all scratchy and staticky after some fighting breaks out... Here is my system and how I fixed the silly problem.
