All this noob crap makes me ill. Keep it up with that nonsense and alienate yourself from about 99.9 percent of the gaming public and marginalize your opinion. I am not going to spend 168 hours a week playing Demigod just so that I can join a game without being bombarded with messages from kids about how lame I am. Here is what I will do, and when I say "I" henceforth I mean the general gaming public. I will play this videogame with you and attempt to have fun with you the best I can.

Well spoken! I am happy to be part of the beta because I am excited about the project. Also, I really want Stardock to do well so I am happy to give them encouragment in the form of my preorder. I think the community and the forums for the most part has been pretty decent as well. I have seen forums become examples of the worst kind of human behavior. Senseless, anonymous noise. Not the case here. Overall, I am happy with the whole deal.

This is a frustrating one. I recently logged in to enjoy some Solar goodness and updated to 1.11 via Impulse. Now I can't launch the game. It crashes to the desktop with a windows error report wanting to send the error to microsoft. The Error Signature contains the following info - AppName: sins of a solar empire.exe AppVer: 1.1.1.0 ModName: sins of a solar empire.exe ModVer: 1.1.1.0 Offset: 001f212a The Error Signature is the same every time. I have a Athlon 64 X2
