Patch 1.03 installation problem. in Technical Sins Forums

I'm having a problem installing the 1.03 patch, namely that it won't install at all. I'm not sure if it's simply because I installed to my d: drive instead of my c: drive, but when I patch it gives me the error message "You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administrators account.". When it's extracting it looks as if it has found everything on the d: drive as that's where it shows the files going to. I'm runn
