Then call them "trademark trolls," not patent trolls. Let's not give the fine folks who license and litigate patents a bad name by association. ;) On a more serious note, the court's decision had nothing to do with whether or not "rebellion" is unique. It was a First Amendment analysis regarding the artistic relevance of Ironclad's use of the term. So I propose the tag: "Haters of Freedom of Expression!!!1!"
