Also... I think Greg Sanders called it about Berman. He probably has a Hollywood lobby sending him memos saying, "You're not quite socialist enough for us. Step it up or lose your seat." If the Internet/Intellectual property subcommittee doesn't shoot this down, then the house floor will. Then, there's not enough hardcore leftists in the senate to really push this kind of legislation system through conference committee. It'll die. Congress is about to adjourn

Aleatoric- That's basically what is happening. "...and would indemnify copyright holders from taking whatever actions they chose to prevent the sharing of those files" The scope of the legislation is not to make file sharing illegal, rather, to grant copyright holders, being a non-government/non-law enforcement organization, the right to enforce those laws. In layman's terms - vigilante justice. Not cool. Not cool at all.
I just double checked all the paths to the background image. They are all correct, so that's not it. I'll start commenting out modules one at a time and see if that is the issue.
Yeah. It's a common problem with a simple solution......one that I explored the moment I noticed the problem.... ....anything else?
Ugh. Sorry.
Also, on the Sputnik theme for litestep, whenever it's recycled or selected as the new theme from LSTS, the background image does appear, but then the graphic disappears just a few seconds thereafter (after all the modules are loaded) and is replace by a solid color (greenish, matches the ambience of the theme). I'm slightly confused.

My problems seem to be wallpaper related. I'm having issues with some themes loading their wallpaper. The correct path is setup in LSTS, and it usually changes over (with one exception), but then, upon opening the popup, or anything other window over the desktop, the background disappears in the area covered by the window, to reveal the default blue background of windows 2k. Any thoughts on this? Also, occasionally, when I recycle, I get an "exception while quitting module" err
