That's funny. It reminds me of the time that my sister was sent to in-school suspension and I let her borrow my "7 habits of highly effective people" to read. The teacher seemed to think it was hilarious.
Why is it hilarious? That sounds presumptuous. Maybe she really wanted to improve herself. :) I always did my homework in suspension. Then I would read. Those were good times. They got me out of boring classes.

Can I have one, too?
Jesus Christ. You are totally fucking right. I never thought of it that way. God damn. I dunno. I think swear words make great punctuation. They definately play a role in communication. They are not just used for communicating anger. I could say "I sincerely believe that you have sexual relations with your mother" in a very angry way, and that would be worse than saying, "what's up, motha' fucka'?" But then, I guess it also depends on your social group.
Wow. That's life. This is why I was afraid that people could take legal action against me for something posted here and call it libel. According to the moderators, by the way, I have mental issues. That made me smile. It sounds like you should get back into the game and seek sweet revenge on that player! :)
Why don't people just talk to a friend who has the game first? And if you buy a bad game, give it a bad review on a popular website. The reason I bought Sins was that I looked over about 50 different customer reviews, and very few of them were bad.
Hey, that looks pretty neat.
While Developers will eventually win (with enough time and money)
They will need more than that. They will need better legal protection. It has to be too dangerous to become a pirate, especially to be a distributor of pirated materials.
Essentially it says EA will place a required online activation with a phone-home every 10 days. If the game can't reach home within 10 days it will deactivate..
The problem with this line of thinking is that it only creates a never ending arms race between pirates and developers. Each side will run as fast as possible merely to stay in place.
That is being proven daily. And not by Hillary, but by the Obama supporters. She cannot say she is better than him (which candidate would not say that since they are running???) without the racists jumping up and down and finding a bogusman.
A lot of black people would disagree that black people can even be racist. That being said, if Hilary claims to be "better than" Obama because of his race or because of an idea associated with race (intelligence, maybe), then she risk
Did you try googling for "Andrew Brehm"? I am not the LA lawyer. But the second link tells you everything you need to know. I am also in the book.
Sweet. If I ever have an opportunity to use your identity against you, I'll be sure to do it? You read Richard Dawkins? I am suprised.
Maybe Arafat is really on our side. That might explain how he won a Nobel Peace Prize. How to get a Nobel Peace Price: 1. Murder as many children as possible. 2. Promise to stop murdering children. (You do not have to stop doing so, just promise to stop.) 3. Stand next to the representatives of your victims when you receive the price. (That is the difficult part.)
Seems right to me.
Wikipedia also doesn't give the numbers for the "irregula
My name is Andrew Brehm. I live in Dublin, Ireland. I am a software developer. But I believe you have the advantage of me here. Who are you and what do you do?
I live in Kentucky. I am a scientist. I own my own lab, and I work on functional genomics, a field very much related to bioinformatics, the aspect of genomics that Asaxy studies. But I believe neither one of us has an advantage over the other. I could not find out where you live or work from just that information.<
Looks like I've been libeled too. (winks @ Ock and Mari.) And fyi, I'm a she, not a he. Moron.
Looks like I'm the only one here who has been libeled. I am not a moron. I have not libeled you. Say I told the community that you give money to terrorist organizations because you support their radical ideology. Sure, this is a huge insult. But if it is also true, it is not libel.
"He"? Didn't put a lot of research into that, did you?
I am not an internet stalker...
Okay, you seem out of touch. I vaguely remember being attacked on September 11 2001, I also remember being attacked for 30 years before that. When people attack and kill Americans after they have declared war on America and we have yet to nuke them. Are you suggesting that the attacks we have suffered and the deaths of Americans over the past 30 years is unimportant or irrelevant?
No balanced power has attacked us, and when was the last time a formal power attacked us?
Recently, there has been a surge of activity regarding respecting JU member's privacy. I think the reason this problem exists is that members of this community think that it is safe to give out personal information here. Don't believe that for one second. I have found an admitted case of an internet stalker. As you read this, keep in mind that even villians believe themselves to be heros. Would you want someone on the internet interfereing with your life?
Using real li
"And the Lord said, 'Don't be so hard on yourself, for if it is peace you seek then relax and allow it to come. If you feel me in the world, then that is where you should look for me. A church is but a building, but I am everywhere if you believe it so.'"
Could I have a copy of this book? I think it beats my KJV.
The problem is I have heard this argument before, back when the population was hitting 3 billion. The Earth can not sustain three billion people, I was told. We had to cut down the population and since the developed nations are better equipped we should be the ones to reduce our population in order to lead the way to a better life.
See, this is why I didn't want to give a number. As soon as I do, I get the infinite human potential argument in return.
I do
EA enjoys hype sales. Lots of sales at the beginning, than fewer and fewer sales after the release date.

They exist everywhere a lot of money exists to be wasted.
Check out this post I made on EA's latest attempt to pick your pockets with hype.
I don't know if geography is much of a factor there. I think pre-conditioned markets exist almost everywhere now.
They exist everywhere a lot of money exists to be wasted.
cscoles: Wow, now that's a revelation. I'm sure Donna had no idea that's how it works.
I lost a lot of weight with that knowledge... Sometimes it helps to have common sense spelled out.
I bought garrys mod 10 for 10 bucks, If I waste that money, I can waste more.
I can't fight that logic. I guess we aren't all as poor as a graduate student.
The trick to dieting is to burn more calories than you eat. Do that long enough, and your body will have no choice but to lose weight. You can cut your enemy's supply lines. You have all the power.
Fine, as long as you also don't try to sue me for being an unintelligible ass.
Era, just stop posting like a million times a day. I don't like you. I only sided with you because I saw letting a precident be set for legally pursuing someone outside of the site as a bigger threat than a spammer.
