You should really apologize, if they know who you are. And Stardock should deal with these two forum meneces. And stop being a fruit of a man.
Fighting fire with fire, eh? Logical fallacy party!!!
Zoo, stop being heretical.
It may be a gimmick and it may be purely for generating extra cash flow... Regardless, one of the things I love is the ability to customize my characters...greater flexibility translates to more fun for me. $10 for that gimmick is a small price for my fun.
Yes, I understand its psychology. I just think it is absurd. But, apparently it works. I will wait until its release, when I do not have to spend 20% more for the game.
Wow. I guess they made a good gimmick. :p.
It's been said that Arafat never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
You are right. It is a miracle that the Arabs are so strategically challenged... Maybe Arafat is really on our side. That might explain how he won a Nobel Peace Prize.
really? How do you know this? And your opinion counts more than the Word of God written by Moses who was the greatest Prophet of God ever?
I am merely interpreting what Moses really meant. You, not being a prophet of God, might have more trouble doing this, leading you to erroneous beliefs like that evolution could not have occured. I know I am a prophet of God because when I look into the mirror, I see the evidence for it. How else could I look so much
I hate their corporate mentality that sets out to milk as much much money from the consumer, by providing subpar service, a minimum quality for a maximum of price.
Yes, this is the major problem. The problem is that Americans eat up well-advertised mediocrity. MTV, AOL, certain movies (certain good movies DONT make it, eg. Shawshank Redemption didn't hit it big in the box office.), and Starbucks coffee are all great examples of Americans being highly conditioned spenders
I believe that the deal is bitter. EA is charging twice for the same content and relying on hype to make the sell. They should sweeten the deal. It is important that they do this because populating the game world with content for the release is important.
no it doesn't and I already showed you how. So you are just saying you want to ignore all the rest and pick out what fits your theory best. Is that fair?
That's what you are doing. I am a genuine prophet of God, so my opinion counts for more.
There were about 600 thousand Jews total and millions of Arabs from six Arab nations surrounding Israel the day after their State Declaration.
Yep. There were millions of Arabs in the surrounding countries, which is why I called the attacking force a group of disgrunted and disunited ragtag soldiers. The Arabs did not mobilize all that they had, or they would have won within the first few weeks.
NO money, NO weapons, NO government, NO army, NO AF, NO taxe
I believe that the developers behind SPORE should make the deal a little sweeter. Perhaps if they offered a $5 discount on the full version game from digital downloading and an exclusive developer interview/editor tutorial, this would be a little better. As it stands, it seems like a gimmick greedily designed to charge consumers twice. If you have an opinion, state what your opinion is and give a short explanation.
EA's influence hurts its games, but the company has aquired some really great publishers. For example, they bought Maxis, which makes most of the sandbox simulation games that a lot of people love.
I did not realize that Israeli history extended so far into the past. The Jews fought hard for their survival, and much of that fighting transpired without allied support. I appreciate the support of Christians, and that is a miracle.
Well, it seems I have overlooked one source of Jewish support. Anyway, my point is just that IT IS NOT A MIRACLE. Any miracle has an explanation. I gave you the explanation for the victory in 1948: more troops and
but at least it doesn't change SP. It's just as good today as it was 2500 years ago.
I wonder why we didn't think of doing this with the United States constitution? People always make the mistake of leaving perfection open to debate. But not with the bible. It says the land produced animals, and it means that.
Yes, but proverbs do not require experience.
Someone must have experience in order to write one.
It works both ways
It really doesn't.
Or totally true when pointed at you
Well, you would expect my ideas to be true from my perspective...
Example: My gf wants to go out to dinner at one place. I want another, but, being respectful is taking into consideration for the last week we have gone wherever I wanted, so we go where she wants
You only did this because you see her as a competent equal... assuming there wasn't something else in it for you that was the chief reason.
Wisdom doesn't require experience, necessarily. Anyone read proverbs? (Not the Biblical book, just any from any culture)
Ah, also true. It is possible to learn from the experiences of others.
Eh, I've seen experienced people that only think they are wise, and inexperienced people with wisdom. Wise are the ones who learn from experience, wiser are those who don't need to learn from bad ones. Of course, it is probably unwise of me to presume I know what makes an experience a "bad one".
Excellent point! Wisdom is having learned from experiences.
"The government is best which governs least" Regulations are necessary in order to prevent a revolting haves and have-nots situation. But the fewer of them needed to maintain a happy populace, the better. They hurt the economy.
EA made this? But it looks interesting... I'll wait for the blog reviews. Wow. I just checked out the site. It looks really neat!
Damnation is what happens when the whole world turns a blind eye to reason in favor of belief.
Respect is awknowledging an individual's competency.
Wisdom is experience.
