I find that purchasing cap ship levels can work early game for a TEC carrier blockade rush. Acquires extra strike squad and another level of blockade. Horribly expensive, but hopefully you can sack your enemy for a comparable amount of funds.

I tried setting the fleet supply to small, and I've noticed that the upgrades all still state the normal fleet supply levels ie. says I'm at 100 fleet supply when really I have 75. Does this happen to anyone else?
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Sins and the ATI drivers (8.3). No luck. However it seems to be a vista-specific problem. I have a XP dual boot so I switched into that and ran the same exact copy of Sins and there was no seam. Same Graphics Driver version 8.3 Thanks for trying to help.
I haven't altered any game files. It happens on skybox 2 and one of the red ones everytime both in menu and in game. The seam still appears when starting in windowed mode.
In Sins I get a weird seam in the starfield whenever I play. I'm using Vista 32-bit, X1600 256mb, Intel E4300, 2GB ram. Any idea what could cause this?
