Well it looks like a good time to get back in the game. A new patch coming out and a whole clan of people I'd like to beat :) Though it might take a few days of getting back in the game before I want to challenge Amish, Conte, or P5yy

I’m very comfortable using illuminators. I make sure to create firing arcs that allow the ships to use their multiple beams and sometimes use firing arcs of opponents to my advantage as illuminators can move and shoot at the same time fairly effectively. What should I be doing with assailants though? I’ve noticed how great they are at taking out caps with the proper phase missile upgrades but beyond that I’m less sure. Should I be focus firing them most of the time with manual target sel

Which fleet would you rather have 20 lrms or 20 flak? The 20 flack might win the fight but are nearly useless otherwise. The lrms are decent against everything and work well in a mixed fleet. Flack just aren't worth building except if your opponent for some odd reason goes strike craft. The basis of my suggestions was thinking of ways to give the player more viable options. Right now I'll beat an opponent who goes flak or carriers fairly easily unless he/she is significantly better th

I’ve been playing the game a lot the last few weeks and really enjoyed it, but there seem to be a few issues in balance that make the game less strategic than it could be. First, it seems that no one uses flack and carriers because they are so abysmally weak. The game is spam long range frigates unless you are spamming heavy cruisers. Making flack a stronger, better counter to lrms and a bit weaker against carriers would provide more viable options. Making fighters and bombers better all

Thanks that helps some and makes it clear I need to use my PC's IP to forward to. Unfortunately, I still need to figuire out a few other things: 1) I still need to figure out if I should use 6000 as the start and 6112 as the end port or use to separate entries with 6000 as the start and end and 6112 as a start and end. 2) What do I do about port 6112 already being used and the router telling me is unavailable (I have tried changing the sins default port to 6111 through the seei

I'm not sure about the difference between open and forward really, but the router config does say route forwarding so I think it's the right thing. The screen basically looks like this: Service Name Sins Service Type TCP/UPD Starting Port ******(1~65534) Ending Port *******(1~65534) Server IP Address ******* and I'm unsure how to fill out the ***** parts. I can do starting port 6000 fine but I can't used 6112 for ending because it's already being forwarded
