Update. Now windows is failing to install updates via microsofts update .exe, ( I tried installing a hotfix for installer to see if that was the problem.)

Ok, Impulse doesn't work.. Paint.net Does NOT work. Petrol launcher for EAW does not work.. and they all have one thing in common.. they rely on .net framework to work. I have tried re-install.. uninstall.. re-install all of it and non of it works. im running vista home edition 32-bit. if that helps. I need an assist because im actually about to go buy a mac. Windows had no business making another operating system and this is just one of the lovely issues Ive had....</
