thanks hankers. clicking the blue orb wasn't apparent to me at all, heh. that's exactly what i was looking for. i've noticed this a lot recently, though -- many games/programs assume the installation directory for you instead of asking first, as was pretty much universal in the past. usually i'll have to select a "custom" installation to get the "browse directory" option. just a minor pet peeve i have. seabass, thanks for the tip. the reason i don't

i purchased GCII and expansions through impluse. every time i download and install the games, they auto-install to my c: drive. i want to be able to select the directory in which the games install. how can i do this?
