I like what here about the expansions ( able to place star base at sun and other places you have not been able to up to now ) yep i want pre ordering now keep up the great work stardock.
It is a shame, but as always the harder you try the more it seems it is not enough for some, I will look forward to the expansions and like the idea of breaking them down so as to bring them to us quicker,thanks stardock keep up the good work you will get your rewards eventualy.

vasari - has to be the space egg tec - with 1.09 its the mazra have just started my first game as advent so cant comment but the radiance seems usefull , still got a lot to learn
I can also confirm that 1680x1050 works fine for me as this is my monitors native resolution and work straight after install of 1.09
there is currently only one mod that works with 1.09 beta that is gurzok sound mod and this is well worth getting as ads a lot to the game all the other modders are waiting for the final 1.1 release so they can fix what the new patch breaks in their work.
Hi if you go to the forums page on stratergy Ke5trel has posted a great guide for all begginners using any of the races you will find it at the top of the page about 4 posts down give it look over you might find it useful, good luck and enjoy sins it gets better the more you stick with it.

location uk hit page loads in around 5 secs, have you looked at your settings or possible conflicks with other soft ware you are running
Just a quick defense of nvidia i have the latest 280 gtx and have no driver issues either with the beta drivers that came with it or the update drivers that came be down loaded from nvidia also ran 8800 gtx and again no issues with drivers, and using vista 64 i hope you came find an updated driver for your card if you stated model may be some one could point you to a driver solution, hope you get it sorted so you can enjoy sins.
Hi cdcastro i would agree with tfl 2gig is the minimium that vista requires if you want the best from vista then more ram is a must the rule of thumb is 4 gig is the sweet spot but many give vista the full 8 gig to play with and it does make a difference.
would just like to add to debate yes ati are offering great performance at affordable prices however you dont need to resort to sli for staggering performance have just got nvidia 280 asus graphics card and it romps every game i own,unfortunatley the price is high but they are falling and quickly
hi Danman i also have the latest sins 1.05 and your mod also run vista 64 everything on highest well within system limits can play mod for hours untill i hit explore planet and game crashes to desk top dont explore and have played large map max fleet right to the end. It seems what ever the bug it is between vista and the explore execute instruction. will still play and hope you can identify a fix in time. bobrome103

hi starbuccaneer have not set up profile so will adjust asap. oh to be 18 again. play sins solo at the moment got from the states 3 months ago so still learning and messing with some of the mods had my first system crash last night using 10x mod on huge map could not count the ships in battle fun though.will try another tonight. other games i have all the total war series just got my eldest playing he,s hook on rome. all the war hammer series ,star wars cod all. several recers need for s
lost_wld + bailknight idownloaded and installed your mod last night it runs trouble free and is a great improvement over the standard graphics can i say thanks gents your hard work is going to please a lot of people. i have never before used a mod on any game that i own but after this exprience will try a few more thanks again guys keep the mods coming.
first post so here we go 44 and love pc gaming have raised 4 boys maintained 1 wife ,house and car now 2 grand daughters and it is only pc gaming that keeps me sane nice to know that age is no barrier to fun.
