Hmmm...I did not find the email in my spam folder. I will send you photos of both boxes, copy of the receipt, and I am hoping that will do it. I love the game :-) I know I do not need the serial number to play the game, but I would like to get into the multi player a bit.
Hmmm...maybe I should just call. I sent an email and still haven't heard anything. If people are wondering why everyone is switching to console gaming this is a gleaming example. This is the fourth game I have bought in the last year where I didn't get a S/N, some pirated my code, or the code wouldn't work.
The funny thing is that I bought two of them. One has the S/N (I hadn't opened the other one until today) and the other does not lol ;) BB will tell me to fly a kite

Ok here is what I have on the sticker: Start: numbers Stop: numbers Material: numbers Start and Stop are the same. Material is a different number, but neither one of them work.
