Questions about using OD as the taskbar in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

I have OD Plus and I have three docks, one on the top of the screen, a second one on the right bottom and I just set up a third dock that I want to use as the system tray. But there are a few things I can't figure out. 1. I can't find out a way to keep the bottom of the screen set exclusively for the OD Taskbar. When a window is maximized, it takes all the screen, including the space where the taskbar should be. The original taskbar is set to auto-hide.<

ObjectDock Plus: Half my settings/icons/tabs/skins are gone in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

For some reason, I re-started my computer and now half my settings and everything else are gone. I have 7 tabs so I don't want to re-do the whole thing again. Is there a way to go back to my previous settings? Screenshot: http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/7401/ssag0.jpg

Is there a way to proper backup my dock, including settings and images? I have two of them: a tabbed dock and a regular, and I'm about to format my computer but I don't want to lose my settings.

The restore process had created several dupliate folders. I merged them all and now it's working.

After doing a system restore and reinstalled OD, I loaded my Tabbed Dock and now the names of the tabs and the tabs themselves are not visible. If I go to settings and select each tab from the Tabs window, I can switch between the tabs but that's not very practical. See screenshot:
