No idea, werewolf, just followed instructions from Stardock, downloaded newer vesion, re-registered, and it worked. Wombat_1, I was only using SDC cos CM may (will?) be discontinued soon.

Nope, sorry, werewolf still no joy. When I update the system tells me that my sub has been updated, but then I get the log-on error described above. No worries, I'm sure it'll sort itself out.

Similar problem here; just a dialogue box saying "Your Stardock.net account (email) has failed to logon on the Stardock Central services." I've updated my info with the appropriate serial nos, but still no joy. Any ideas werewolf, anyone? Cheers.
