Sins ForumsI CAN CONFIRM Advent loyalists can auto spread culture from ALL planets once that research is done which is supposed to allow culture only to be spread from your planet. I just played a game as advent loyalists and rushed the research (5 stars 150+ planets game), overthrown nearly every enemy planets allegience across 2 stars in under an hour. Someone might wanna take a look at it...
