But...but...I wanted it to be named Shokk, with two 'K's... :( ... (:( ... :SNIFF!: ... X-( I'd actually rather he be an assassin of some kind, striking quickly, striking hard, like...well..lightning.
Solar Bean:Causes your character to plant an bean in the ground that when fully grown causes the sun to explode thereby destroying the map.
This could actually work for QoT.
I support a lightning demigod, provided he is named accordingly *points toward username*
I hope it's still in there, and that it works better in demigod. It might not be so useful considering we're unsure as to the average size of a general's army, but It would be nice to see.
More Questions, If the Generals have extra units, do those unit give out money when they die? If so that'd give like a whole lots of money into the opponent side. And in opposite playing Assassins will give the opponent less money than playing Generals. I think this concept apply for Experience points as well, leveling up faster and getting more cash seem to be a big downside of playing as Generals.
I think you're forgetting that the general most likely gets experience an
I want to meet the guy who did the audio for the UT announcing, I can only hope he talks in the same manner in real life. "Do you want to see some photographs of my head? they're HEADSHOT!s" I'm gonna be that epic someday...Someday.
Conquerors? Warlords? maybe?? Cats??? TUNA???? PEANUTS????? *brain explodes*
1) Assuming you mean a General and Assassin battle with the generals minions out, I'd say they'd be evenly matched, Depending on the players and how general's minions are affected when the generals die (IE: do they just lose auras or do they poof into nothingness) If none of the general's minions are out, then the Assassin would probably win. 2) The general in this case probably has the advantage simply because they're designed to pwn with their armies with the power of Auras and su
Demigod is not Spore. Was going to say the same thing. All I want is an exporter for 3DS max and I'll be happy.
This.
That's why I think the progression of a skill should be apparent before you put points into it, only to find that: "Oh, it's only useful until level 2, after that point extra levels in the skill are basically a waste, woot woot?" Or to see that the skill you thought was just "Meh." get's exponentially better once you sink points into it. But to avoid skills having a mile-long list showing the level progression, It should just say something like (+100 dmg per rank, does splash dmg at lev
12. BUTTSECKZ! Unclean Beast sneaks up on an unsuspecting demigod, and thrusts a bony appendage of death through their posterior.
3.Hammertime, the Rook stops time for all non-demigod units and engages in a dance off with other demigods. The winner of this danceoff instantly ascends to Godhood.
Hmm..I'm Hoping for demigods based on greek titans or giants , especially the Hecatoncheires. As ridiculous as that would be, I'd love to play as one of those.
I don't think everything should have a different effect for everything else, then it would be akin to dota and if you didn't know exactly what every item is or does, people hated you/kicked you. Instead only a few things should change to fit every situation, whereas others would be like "HammerTime: The Rook goes into a dancing frenzy, dropping his hammer and destroying enemy units with his feet. If a Demigod is within X distance, that Demigod must engag
Yeah, I say they should just get rid of the whole naming convention and just have little descriptions for each Demigod, IE. Commander Demigod, Power Demigod instead of General and Power assassins. PS. If it were to be changed to Champion or Knight or something I can't imagine people will think the one stealthy assassin would be easy to see as a knight or Champion...
No. A turtle on top of a top Hat, then you realize the Top hat is being worn by a bigger Turtle. and then you see a large Top hat under that turtle, then it hits you. IT'S TURTLES ALL THE WAY DOWN!
Zbrush? FUCK YES. Now I don't know whether to be jumping up and down at the pure awesomeness that this game will assuredly be, Or if I should be trembling in fear of the poly counts.
What do you crazy kids think will make maps different from each other? I would be quite disappointed if all that changed were the paths and such that NPCs travelled along and only the layout of the map changed between maps. Even though we know maps won't have height variations. The maps should still have some character. Perhaps certain maps would only spawn minos along the paths, Or maybe they would spawn legions of catapultasauri. Maybe some maps will spawn units unique to the
Yup i'm liking Champions. 'cause you can really have Champions of Evil or Champions of Good. Or The Champion of The Titans. So forth and so on.
Except the thing is it sounds like "Evil" or "good" or "The titans" Have elected them as their Champion. So it doesn't sound like the Demigod is vying for godhood because he's the child of a god, but rather that he's been chosen to participate. But in reality he's doing it because it's his birthright. I think Assassin wor
Probably an Assassin, I've spent way too long playing Supcom, It's time for a change of pace. As far as which assassin, I'd probably say either Unclean Beast or Regulus (assuming theyre assassins, Im pretty sure they are.
I know, just saying that we still can't say much anything especially comparison wise at this point. I do agree that I like the art style for Demigod, But I also like the art style of D3, I guess that makes me some WoW-addicted, rainbow worshipping homosexual? (Don't take too much offense to this, I know guys who are uber militant about the presence of color in D3 and want it changed, and basically make it sound like anyone who thinks otherwise is a WoW fanboy)
Well, we play as Demigods. As in, a cross between gods and mortals. Besides, in Greek Mythology (Crazy Pagans!) the gods could be wounded and they would bleed Ichor, which was basically blood poisonous to mortals. (I forget if the blood was just called Ichor or if Ichor was supposed to be something IN the god's blood) I'd like to see blood in the game where applicable. Obviously blood wouldn't be flying when the Tree monster things get damaged but when Unclean Beast starts clawing away
[Demigod has]The type of colorful I wish Diablo3 had, not that Warcraft cartoony crap.
You realize Diablo 3 isn't even out yet? I doubt D3 will look exactly the same as that single field we saw in one gameplay trailer. Sorry about that. I just don't like when people act...well...dumb, frankly. No offense to the man originally posting this (whose name I can't see because the quote code thang doesn't say)
Doublepost is doublepost.
