How do I use my downloaded skins? in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

I've downloaded some skins to try to costumize my computer, but the skins wont do anything. When I downloaded them they didn't work and just laid there like a piece of crap, and they still do. Can you answer this and give me a solution?

I've downloaded some skins for my cursor, boot and regular skins. But how do i use them? Can you reply with an anwser about how i use these downloaded skins.
