So now that I have a job and get some money every other week, I felt the need to splurge a little bit on video games. So I go to Best Buy to get Mario Kart Wii and they're fresh out... So I search around and end up getting Lost Odyssey for the XBox 360 instead. One of my friends up at school had it, and it looked fun so I figured may as well... So here's my thoughts so far: So, I've never really been a big fan of the run around the world randomly running into enemy games such as Final
dream-er
So, update on the status. They're getting ready to publish an upgrade of DeskScapes of Vista Ultimate. When that comes out, the Water Dream will be updated with it. Not sure when that's going to be exactly but hopefully soon!
Oh I perfectly understand! In my opinion, Water/Liquid Dream and the Desktop Photos dreams are the two best out there right now... Mainly because I'm still creating my first dynamic dream ;) . It should be up soon though! At least by the time your Deskscapes problem gets fixed...
Oh I'm glad to help. There was an older version of Water Dream that did save your settings. The update allowed for Water Dream to be upgraded to Liquid Dream (I believe, I wasn't the original creator of the dream). There was a slight problem that caused it to not save the settings but that problem was fixed. They're updating the standard Water Dream today though so hopefully that solves your problem! If your activation still doesn't work I'll have a support person help you out to get it
DeskScapes comes with a few free dreams, just so you can try it out to see how cool the software is. The Water Dream comes in two versions, the free on that comes with DeskScapes and a paid version on wincustomize (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=483&libid=50). The paid version allows you to change the reflection image on the water as well as change the opacity of the water surface. We haven't yet changed the free water dream version to the edited one (oops!) but it shoul
user name > documents > stardock > dreams is the main dream folder now... You have an older version of the Water Dream. The problems with reverting to the default settings was fixed a few weeks ago... I'll make sure that the new version is the one posted online and get back to you asap!
Hm... I'll take a look to see if I can duplicate the problem... (I currently work on dreams at Stardock, I just don't have a logo near my name yet). Does the version you have save the drip effects each time that you reload the settings menu or do they revert to the default setting each time you load it?
Are you using the free version of the water dream that comes with DeskScapes or the paid version?
Wii're having a Stardock Grand Prix? Nobody tells me these things :SNIFF!: (it's dreamer by the way, I can't change my nick)
